Work has been at a snails pace these days.  What's a girl, her camper and two dogs to do? It's not cleaning.  I'm waiting for spring.


I have really been getting into the ritual of routine lately.  I've discovered that I feel better and my days are more efficient.  


 6:15am. My birdsong alarm usually wakes me up, but I don't get out of bed yet.  Sometimes I sleep, sometimes I check social media, sometimes I meditate.  


7am Alex leaves for work.  I avoid leaving bed for a little while longer.


7:30am  Ok.  I REALLY need to pee now.  It's a process, and with this leaky boot it's a pain in the ass.  I have to dress, and bundle up.  Put the boots on, and make byway across the boot sucking swamp to the port-o-potty.  My phone gets better reception outside of the RV outside anyways.  Usually the dogs run around and do their own peeing.


8:00am  I'm usually a little hungry, but since I've been experimenting with intermittent fasting I like to hold off as long as I can before getting HANGRY. 


930-10:am  For real.  Eat all the things! I chop up veggies and cook them and throw an egg on top and call it breakfast.  More often than not is accompanied by bacons and tea.


10am -1pm Sometimes the pups and I go out and play with the ball (#ballislife) and walk around.  I'm really getting into this part.  I enjoy walking around, and the ball keeps the dogs focused and close to me.  Sometimes I'll even listen to a meditation. Othertimes I am less productive and just pout and think about all the things I don't feel like doing.  Sometimes I run. Strava anyone? 


1-3:30pm More tea. I'm  studying to complete the Primal Blueprint Health Coach program so I work in the modules. Alex is done by 3:30.


4 - 6pm  Gym.  Run. Shower. Yoga.  Sometimes more or sometimes less.  Hit the grocery store for some fresh food.


6 - 8pm Dinner followed by decompressing.  What does decompressing look like for you? For me this means some games, Netflix episode or two, reading, talking, and/or dog snuggling (the best!).


When its dark so early, I sleep early.  I feel better when I don't fight the circadian rythm.
